Had the pleasure of my American student, Michele, visiting from LA this weekend.

The beautiful gathered lampshade she crafted during her lampshade course with me at my Brighton studio was intended for Michele’s daughter’s bedroom back home. The fabric is stunning, featuring delicate peach and pink flowers, and a hint of green leaves, making this lampshade an ideal fit for a girl’s bedroom.

I love the matching trim—it goes to show that sometimes, simplicity truly is best.💕👌
