RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We are confident that you will love our products, as each one is made with care and attention to detail. As a small company, every item is made to order, so we’re unable to offer returns or refunds once an order has been created and shipped. We truly appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to maintain the highest quality for every individual order.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Refunds will be issued once the damaged item has been returned to our studio. If you have any questions before placing your order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch—we’re always happy to help!

SHIPPING INFO

All our products are individually printed to order with care and precision. Please allow up to one week for standard orders to be created. For larger orders, please allow 2–3 weeks for production and dispatch. Orders are sent Monday to Friday for purchases made before 12 pm GMT, with delivery typically within 7 days via a trustworthy courier. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your items are ready for dispatch.

Please note that we currently only ship within the UK. Unfortunately, due to new GPSR Regulations, we are unable to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland as of December 13th, 2024. We are working on finding a viable solution to resume international shipping soon.

To preserve the beauty of your hand-printed scarf, we recommend gentle hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not wring or tumble dry. Iron on the reverse side using a low heat setting.
